- Will there be any change in my service post-merger?
There will be no change in the services and you can continue to contact your respective SPOCs, contact number or by an email ID as usual. Also, You can contact out call center with ID card No. issued by Vipul MedCorp or Vidal Health Insurance TPA.
- Can I call now on Vidal Health TPA Call Center for my Policy/Card/Claim Information of Vipul & vice versa?
Yes, you can contact on Vidal Health TPA Call center for your information w.r.t to your policy/cards/claims and pre-auth. Click here find our 24x7 call center contact numbers.
- Whom should I contact for my claim status?
Claim status can be obtained thru our website/mobile app/WhatsApp. Also, we notify the claims status thru SMS to the insured/policy holder. In-case you want to contact us you can call our 24x7 call center.
- Which claim from should I consider Vipul claim form or Vidal Health TPA claim form?
Post-merger all the forms will be renamed to Vidal Health TPA. In-case you had already submitted a claim with Vipul claim form does not need to re-submit the claim form.
- Can I continue to email on Vipul email id given on website?
Yes, our contact points will not be changed till further notification and you can continue to email provided on the website.
- Will I get the new cards from the Vidal Health TPA? Will the Id no. be the same?
Your ID card number issued by Vipul will be valid and can be used for your policy/card/claims/and pre-auth. On renewal of your policy with Vidal Health TPA notification will be sent you with the new ID Card number thru SMS/email and you can continue to use both the ID card number for your services. The e-card for renewed policy can also be downloaded from our Vidal Health TPA website.

How will my claim get settled which is submitted in Vipul? Should I again submit my claim in Vidal?
No. You need not submit the claim again. There will not be any change in process. The claim process will continue to be the same.
- Will the offices remain same where I have submitted the bills or do I get the updated information on contact points?
The offices remain in same location. If the office address is changed the same will be notified in advance and updated in the website.
- I did not receive Vidal Health ID card and I Have only Vipul ID card. What should I do to get the Vidal Health ID card? Can I continue to use Vipul ID card?
You can continue to use the Vipul ID card for all your information and services related to your policy for pre-auth/claim submission and status. On renewal of your policy with Vidal Health TPA notification will be sent you with the new ID Card number thru SMS/email and you can continue to use both the ID card number for your services. The e-card for renewed policy can also be downloaded from our Vidal Health TPA website.
- The e-card generated has different No. than my physical card. Which no. should I refer?
You can use both the ID card No. for all services related to your policy. However, we suggest mention your Vidal Health ID card Number on your all pre-auth requests/claim submission or while contacting call center.
- I submitted my claim in Vipul office, but now the office is shifted. How can I find the office details and submit my claim or query response?

- Can I intimate my claim with the Vipul ID card number while Vipul is now Vidal Health TPA.
Yes. Your ID card numbers are valid to use our services and you can continue to intimate with the Vipul ID card Number.
- My claim got repudiated which was submitted in Vipul. I want to submit by reopen request. Where should I submit?
You can submit the reopen request as usual at our Pan India offices.
- How should I do claim intimation for my hospitalisation?
You can intimate your claim thru our website, mobile app and 24x7 call center numbers.
- Can I submit my claim in Vidal Health TPA office while TPA name mentioned in policy is Vipul?
Yes, you can submit your claim at our office and all our offices will remain unchanged till further notification.
- Can I contact to Vidal Health TPA office for ID card / Short settlement /Rejection reopen etc..?
Yes, you can visit any of the Vidal office for your ID card/short settlement or any information required for your policy.
- For any problem in Provider Cashless whom should we approach?
