We would like to thank you for the excellent support provided to us yesterday for granting cashless approval to Mr Ram Dhirwani.  The co-ordination between the Insurance Company and the TPA was fantastic for utilising corporate buffer of Rs. 3 lacs.  Though it was Sunday, the process was very smooth.   We also appreciate the way you communicated and fulfilled the commitment of providing the approval in less than hours’ time. 

This helped Mr Ram Dhirwani to get discharged from the hospital without any hassles.   His planned discharge was at around 6.00 p.m. but since the approval process was so fast that he got discharged at around 3.30 p.m.

I received excellent support from Sagar at Vidal who was almost round the clock available for any queries or issues that I faced through my stay at the hospital. Even though it was not a planned hospitalization (that too on a Sunday!), Sagar ensured that all the documentation/process work was managed smoothly and I could get the benefit of the cashless facility.

In accordance with Bank's condition for appointment of Relationship Manager to help RBI Retired Members covered under R.B.I. Insurance , Vidal Health TPA , has appointed Mr. Avadhut Narker, Assistant Manager , to exclusively assist ESBD, Mumbai's Insured Retired Members for all aspects of Cashless Admission in  approved hospitals , discharge , billing , etc . In this connection I hereby  appreciate the services rendered by Mr. Avadhut Narker . As my wife needed immediate admission to P.D Hinduja National Hospital for serious Heart Problem, Mr. Avadhut Narkker ensured immediate Pre Authorisation for Cashless Admission , so that no time was wasted in getting Cashless Admission and timely and immediate treatment  by Hospital . Similarly the final bill submitted by Hospital was also processed immediately ensuring no delay in Discharge by Hospital . He also spoke gently and provided every bit of information calmly to enable me to comply with entire procedure for Cashless Admission as also for Discharge . This mail is to show deep gratitude to you and Sudesh ji. On Sunday Nov 15th my mother passed away in the hospital in Lucknow after a prolonged illness.
