The “Application” means the software provided by Vidal Health Insurance TPA Private Limited related to the features of Medical Corner, E-card, Hospital Search, Policy Details, Claim Intimation, Claim & Preauth Status, and any upgrades from time to time and any other ancillary software that enables the use of the Application.

In order to use the Application, you are required to have a compatible mobile phone or handheld device, internet access, and the necessary minimum specifications ('Software Requirements').

For Google Android Phones:

• Google Account to access Google Play Store and to receive regular app updates and fixes.
• An Android phone working on Android V2.3 or above.
• An Internet connection.
• GPS (for route guidance and search hospital by distance only).

For iOS Devices – iPhone and iPad :

• Apple ID to access iTunes Store and to receive regular app updates and fixes.
• An iOS device working on iOS 6.1 or above.
• An Internet connection.
• GPS (for route guidance and search hospital by distance only).

Any personal / confidential information that you supply to Vidal Health Insurance TPA Private Limited when using the Application will be used by Vidal Health Insurance TPA Private Limited in accordance with its Privacy Policy (please visit our website “www.vidalhealthtpa.com").

The Application allows you to access certain links that is also available on “www.vidalhealthtpa.com" - Vidal Health Insurance TPA Private Limited website (‘the Website’), such access will be governed by the Terms of Use of the said website. All trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights of any nature, as are applicable, in the Application are owned either directly by Vidal Health Insurance TPA Private Limited or its authorized licensors. You are hereby allowed to use the Application for your personal use only and in accordance with the mobile app terms including the terms of Website.

You will not allow third parties on your behalf to (i) make and distribute copies of the Application (ii) attempt to copy, reproduce, alter, modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, transfer, exchange or translate the Application; or (iii) create derivative works of the Application of any kind whatsoever. As per your applicable mobile network plan you may be charged by the network Provider for access to internet connection services for the duration of the connection while accessing the Application or any such third party charges as may arise. Vidal Health Insurance TPA Private Limited will neither be liable nor be responsibility for any such direct or indirect charges that arise.

The contents on the Application are only informative and Vidal Health Insurance TPA Private Limited does not guarantee the authenticity or accuracy of such contents. No action including commission / omission should be taken based solely on the contents on the Application; you should consult appropriate professionals on any matter relating to the information. Vidal Health Insurance TPA Private Limited expressly disclaims responsibility and liability for any adverse effects, loss or risk incurred, as a direct or indirect consequence of the use of contents on the Application.

Vidal Health Insurance TPA Private Limited will take due care to make the Application available at all times. However you acknowledge the Application is provided over the internet and mobile networks and so the quality and availability of the Application may be affected by the factors outside the reasonable control of Vidal Health Insurance TPA Private Limited.

Vidal Health Insurance TPA Private Limited including its group of companies, associates, representatives etc. do not accept any liability or responsibility whatsoever for unavailability of the Application, or any difficulty or inability to download or access content or any other communication system failure which may result in the Application being unavailable and for any support or maintenance for the Application.

In no event Vidal Health Insurance TPA Private Limited will be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential losses or damages of whatsoever kind arising out of your use, download or access to the Application including your commission / omission of any action based on the contents of the Application, including loss of profit or the like including any damage or alteration to your device / equipment including but not limited to computer equipment, handheld device or mobile telephones as a result of the installation or use of the Application.

The Application and software are provided on "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind. Vidal Health Insurance TPA Private Limited may terminate use of the Application at any time. Upon any such termination, (a) the rights of use granted to you herein shall immediately terminate; (b) you must cease from using the Application.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. You further consent to the jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore.
