Vidal Health Insurance TPA. Health Card

Holding Vidal Health Insurance TPA. Health Card does not assure privileged services at and by the hospitals / nursing homes and nor does it guarantee cashless treatment at all the hospitals / nursing homes unless belonging to our network of providers. All the hospitals and nursing homes belonging to the network of providers are subject to additions and deletions without prior intimation to the beneficiaries of the provider network.

Cashless treatment will not be provided only on the basis of Vidal Health Insurance TPA. Health Card, but requires prior authorization of Vidal Health Insurance TPA. Pvt. Ltd. in the form of authority letter unless in the cases of emergency. Admission to the provider network will be governed by the rules and regulations prevailing in the concerned hospital/nursing home.

Beneficiary Guidelines

The guidelines provided are for your information only. The benefits terms, conditions, exclusions, limitations and claims, procedure etc are as per your policy conditions. In case of any dispute, the interpretation and decisions by the Insurer / Payer are final.

Indemnification

No claims arising in connection with your use of the website shall be entertained by us. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Vidal Health Insurance TPA. Pvt. Ltd.
